A celebration of life reception will occur Friday, January 6, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 5921 West Thomas Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85033. A burial will occur Friday, January 6, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W Northern Ave, Glendale, Arizona 85301.
