47 of Phoenix, passed away on February 4, 2011. He was a loving son, father, grandfather, and brother. Survived by his girlfriend of over 20 years Diane, his 3 children Adam Jr., Anthony, and Anastacia and 4 grandchildren Alexya, Jake, Ryan, and Elias. He is preceded in death by his sister Rebecca. Other survivors include his parents Anastacio and Elenor, brothers Gabriel and Mario, sisters Christine and Elizabeth. Adam enjoyed watching the sun come up and the outdoors. The family would like to thank family & friends for all of their loving support. Services will be held Saturday, February 12th, at Sacred Heart Church 1421 S. 12th St. Phoenix, AZ 85043. Visitation from 8:00am - 10:00am Mass starting at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Resthaven Park 4310 E. Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
