A celebration of life funeral service will follow Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. A burial will occur Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.
Tammy was born January 31, 1960 in Phenix City, Alabama; daughter of the late John and Francis Murphy Whaley. She was retired from Knox Pest Control. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Becky Whaley.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Rex Stroud, son, Danny Stroud and wife, Misty, daughter, Dana Stroud Kennedy and husband, Shaun; grandchildren, Magen Stroud, Delilah Kennedy, Amira Kennedy and Rex Kennedy.
