Marie Suzanne Oliver, age 66, of Lee County, Alabama, died on June 16, 2024, at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. Suzanne was born on October 7, 1957, in Columbus, Georgia to Frank Charles Oliver and Berta Lucille Oliver.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by a sister, Larrye Oliver Hyde (Richard); a brother, Frank Oliver; a nephew, Christopher Hyde (Sonya); a nephew William Randall (Randy) Hyde; and a niece, Rebecca Elizabeth (Beth) Hyde Dobson (Ed).
Ms. Oliver graduated from Hardaway High School in Columbus, Georgia in 1975. She attended the University of Georgia and remained an avid Bulldog fan during her life. She graduated from Columbus College with a degree in education and received a Master of Science in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University. During her life she lived and worked in Tennessee, New York, Florida and Georgia. She and her mother enjoyed traveling in the States and overseas.
