Linda, daughter of the late Robert E and Jean B. Shuck, was born March 4, 1958 in Carmel, Indiana. She grew up in Indiana; Montgomery, Alabama; and Pensacola, Florida. Linda graduated in 1976 from Woodham High School in Pensacola, and after graduation she worked many jobs in Pensacola in the food service, cleaning, and caregiving industries. In 2016, Linda moved to Phenix City, Alabama to live with her sister and brother-in-law. She began a career there with Dunkin Donuts. After just a short time, she became the Head Baker. Linda was Baptist by faith. Her greatest passions were cooking and caring for animals.
Besides her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Melanie Trindle. She is survived by her husband David Lee Freeman of Pensacola, Florida; one sister, Merrie Kay (Will) Jones of Phenix City, Alabama; two brothers, Robbie (Judi) of Westfield, Indiana and Barry Shuck of Pensacola, Florida; nieces; nephews; many other relatives and friends.
