The daughter of the late JC and Alice Grogan; she was retired from Martin Army Hospital where she worke as an X-Ray Tech for many years. Due to Covid, she was much of a homebody, but had a passion and love for all of her family and her dog, Roscoe.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Joanne, Jean and brother, Jim Grogan; one grandson, Trey Winslow.
She is survived by her children, Scott (Marie) Neubill, Kellie Neubill Winslow and Frances Kay Neubill; grandchildren, Michelle and Matthew Neubill, Kelsee Winslow, four great grandchildren and many nieces nephews.
A graveside service for Judy will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.
Mrs. Grogan is loved and will be unbelievably missed, her wings were ready, but our hearts were not. Go be with everyone mom, we will be right behind you.
