Geneva H. Weeks

Geneva H. Weeks, age 94, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Geneva was born August 7, 1927 in Moultrie, Georgia; daughter of the late James Mitchell Hancock and Hazel Yon Hancock. She was retired after many years from Swift Manufacturing.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Weeks and her son, Jerry Mitchell Parker.

Survivors include her son, Danny Parker, her brother, Lamar Saturday, nephew, Joey Williams and his wife, Jennifer and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 6, 2022 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City, Alabama. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 A.M. Saturday prior to the service.
