Cindy was born in East Liverpool, OH on September 18, 1956 to the late H. Cline and Patsy Leasure Lawyer. She lived most of her life as a Nurse and was known for reading a good murder mystery. Cindy enjoyed cooking and baking for others and playing trivia games and puzzles. During her life she served in the church choir and had a great love for animals. Everyone she talked to couldn’t get away from hearing how proud she was of her daughters and grandsons. Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Segars, son, Ronnie Keith Swartout and stepdaughter, Amanda Segars.
Cindy Is survived by her 3 daughters, Charlotte Wooten, Donna McClure (Alan) and Betty Hill (Chris), stepchildren, Brad, Ricky, Susan and Lloyd, grandchildren, Ashley Swartout, Hunter Brown, Brodie Hill, Charles Hill, Jack Hill and Thomas Hill and her beloved dogs, Killer and Lobo.
