Victoria Alicia Benitez

Born in McAllen, she was a lifetime resident of Edinburg, TX. Victoria was a family oriented young mother, who loved with all of her heart her son, Benjamin Anthony; he was the light of her eyes. She was a loving and caring mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Victoria had a golden heart always willing to help anyone that reached out to her. Mrs. Benitez enjoyed animated cartoons and nature. She loved to plant all source of nature plants. Her unique charisma and natural beauty is going to be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Benitez.

Victoria is survived by her son, Benjamin Anthony Duran; her father, Arturo Benitez; three siblings, Ariana (Juan) Lugo, Jose Altamirano (April Lara), Yvonne Benitez; two nieces and two nephews; and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 12 am with a 7 pm rosary followed by a religious service, on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Cremation will take place at a later day.

Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr.
