Ma. Andresita Capili

Maria Andresita "Mae" Reyestan Capili, 66, passed away on Tuesday morning, August 20, 2024. She was born on November 12, 1957 in Catanauan, Quezon, Philippines to Andes Sy Reyes Tan and Eugenia Co Abadilla Reyes Tan.

Mae was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in South Texas. Mae had a degree on Bachelors of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse for about 30 years, mostly in the nursery department. She had worked at Edinburg Hospital, Edinburg Regional Medical Center, McAllen Medical Center, Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, South Texas Health System- Edinburg. She enjoyed cooking, baking, Filipino shows, and loved spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her fun and sweet personality.

Mae is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos U. Capili, parents, Andres Sy Reyes Tan and Eugenia Co Adabilla Reyes Tan, brother Giovanny "Bobby" Reyes Tan, and sister, Emmaline "Baby" de Borja.

She is survived by her children, Kristine Capili (husband Louie Diola) and Andrew Capili, sister, Amelia Limcangco (husband Augusto, son Blair), (brother, David Reyestan (Wife Eva, son Reynaldo "Toto" and daughter Stephanie), brother Henry Reyestan (wife Melba, sons, Oliver, Patrick, daughters Mabel and Gracelle), sister Fidelina Paac (husband Rolly, son Russell), brother Bobby (wife Ann, sons Jasper, Jason, and Andrew), sister Emmaline (husband David, son Bryan "Pharine" and daughter Dyan), and sister Carmela Loving (husband John, daughter Melinda "Mindy").

Funeral services will all be held at Del Angel Funeral Home, 4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577.

Viewing/visitation will begin on Friday, August 23,2024, at 3:00 pm to 6:45 pm, Nurse Honor Guard Tribute at 6:45 pm, memorial service at approximately 7:00 pm to 8 pm, to be followed by a reception at Del Angel lounge. There will be viewing/visitation on Saturday, August 24,2024, at 9 am, followed by the graveside service to be held on 1:00 pm.
