I am sorry for your loss. My mom studied the bible with Lucia in the 1960's and mom shared with me many of Lucia's experiences of perseverance, courage and faith. I have some photos of Lucia and reflect on them fondly. Mom and I look forward to seeing her again when our loved ones await their resurrection from their memorial tombs. John 5:28, 29

So happy to have spent time with my aunt along with my daughter, my mom, aunt and cousins. She was a lovely woman ❤️


My earliest memory of Tia Luz: dressed in painters bib overalls, packing the station wagon with brushes, rollers, paint, tarps , ladders - and lunch! My first role model of what a Latina woman was not.
Not staying home and  having a ton of kids to raise. 
Not that there’s anything wrong with that :)
She lived her life with a dignified quality that few will understand and much less, be able to replicate.
