Nacida en Los Ramones, Nuevo León, ella vivió gran parte de su vida en La Guardarraya, Nuevo León, en Reynosa, Tamaulipas, en Edinburg, TX, y los últimos años en Victoria, TX. La Señora Juanita disfrutaba de salir a pasear, jugar lotería con su familia, del campo, la naturaleza, y comer rico.

La motivación y orgullo de su vida -era su familia, el Día de las Madres era el día favorito del año porque todos sus nueve hijos iban a visitarla.
El sabor y olor exquisito de su cocinar vivirá por siempre en la memoria de su familia, que disfruto por muchos años sus deliciosos tamales y exquisito menudo.
La señora Juanita deja muchos recuerdos y un legado que vivirá por muchas generaciones por venir.

Le procedía en muerte su esposo, Jose De La Luz Guerra y su hijo, Jose Lindorfo Guerra.
A la señora Guerra le sobreviven con profundo dolor ocho hijos, Hector Guerra, Jaime Guerra, Yolanda Guerra, Sergio Guerra, Anita Guerra, Alicia Guerra, Maria Garza, Juani Rangel; numerosos nietos; numerosos bisnietos y dos tataranietos.
La velación se llevará a cabo de 3 p.m. a 8 p.m. con un rosario a las 6 p.m. en jueves, 21 de enero de 2021, en Funeraria del Ángel Palm Valley en Pharr.
La Misa Católica será a las 10 a.m. el viernes, 22 de enero de 2021 en, en Funeraria del Ángel Palm Valley en Pharr. El sepelio continuara en Palm Valley Memorial Gardens en Pharr.
Debido a la Pandemia del COVID-19, el uso de cubre bocas y mantener una sana distancia es requerido para todas las personas, incluyendo niños.
