JoJo was a beautiful woman inside and out. I am heart broken for her family and mine. Her mom and my Dad have been married for 34 years. She was so kind to all of us. She will never be forgotten and forever missed.  Heaven has truely gained an Angel. Sending all of our love and prayers to her friends and family from Maine.

I am incredibly sorry for your loss.  Your family will be in my prayers.  I have many fond memories of Jo Jo and her kindness.  I remember when moving to Eden Prairie, Jo Jo was the one who found the perfect house for me...so she really helped me and my realtor out!  Also, she was so thoughtful - including the time when I was going through some eye issues.  She would bring juice over to my house and always offered positive thoughts and encouragement.

Carol and I were informed yesterday by Alan that Jo Jo had passed away.  Although it has been many years since we have seen you both, Jo Jo’s smile and laugh are  indelible.  We are so sorry and sad for the loss to you and your family.

Jo Jo is how my wife, Barbara , and I knew her for the nearly 30 years that we knew her and her husband Charles. She was full of energy and joy. She loved her husband and children unconditionally. She was always exited about and committed to her relationship with God, and she reached out and befriended many members of her church fellowship in McAllen, TX and Columbia, SC., as well as others in her community. She was loved and respected by those who knew her. She will be sorely missed, but she has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus! We shall meet again, dear friend!

Jojo was the most positive, ebullient spirit I have ever known. 

Jojo was an incredible light and a wellspring of wisdom.  

When I wanted to self publish a book, the first person I asked to help me edit and proofread was Jojo.  Now, when I use a comma in certain places I think, "This is where Jojo would have me place it."

Jojo was so hospitable, we often found ourselves in the England home for fun events including hosting and planning a surprise birthday party for my wife.  

One week before she was diagnosed with Covid, Jojo came to my home unexpectedly.  She delivered a cigar box full of candy!  She came across the cigar box somewhere and it happened to have our last name on it.  She thought about us and purchased it as a gift.  She went out of her way to do this for us.  She didn't have to.  She could have simply taken a picture and sent that.  But that was Jojo; eager to give, to share her light and bring joy to others.

Words can not say how sorry for your lose. She was one of a kinds so sweet. Prayers and comfort for you and family. 

My sincere condolences to your family. I met Mrs. England through Adrian her son. He was a Teen at McAllen Public Library.  My memory of Mrs. England was that of someone that had such a bright and kind light. She welcomed me into her home for Adrian's birthday and she was so warm and welcoming without having known me for long. I will always remember her smile and how much she loved her family. 

JoJo my friend, you will be missed. You have loved me through the good times and the bad. God has blessed us with your love and kindness.  I remembered the laughter and your gentle words. Take your rest that God has promised you. See you later my sister, Calisteen

I dearly loved JoJo. She was one of the kindest, sweetest, most compassionate and fun people I ever knew. She was one of my college roommates and we went through thick and thin together, learned together, matured together, and had a whole lot of fun.  We were both artists and appreciated each other's work and input. Pre-internet life made it difficult for many of us to stay in touch, but I'm so glad I found her online and was able to reconnect. My husband Larry (also a friend of hers from college) and I offer our most sincere and heartfelt sympathies to JoJo's family and friends. We cherish our memories of her and pray blessings for you all.
