It is with great sorrow, Jose "Joe" Luis Lara, age 62, of Edinburg, Texas entered eternal rest on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
Joe is survived by his two sons; John and James (Christina) Lara; his eight grandchildren, Serenity, Justin, Jessica, Jeremy, Judah, Joseph, Jeorgina, Bruno; his two brothers, George and Rolando Lara, and numerous extended family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Aurelio and Maria Dolores Lara; and his brother Aurelio "Leo" Lara.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 3pm to 7pm with a prayer service to follow at 5pm. In lieu of flowers proceedings can be donated to the family during the services.
