Born on August 18, 1967 in Edinburg, Texas, to parents, Jose Carmen Garza and Olga Navarro.
Carlos was raised in La Joya, Texas, and lived most of his life in Mission, Texas. Carlos enjoyed hunting, watching movies, family gatherings, and going out to eat. Born a farmer, he loved his farm and nature. His unique personality of cheerful and social is going to be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Garza; his four children, Emily (Alvaro) Quintanilla, Jose Luis Garza, Melissa Garza, and Joann Garza.
Visitation will be held from 10 am to 2 pm, on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, Texas. Interment will follow at Pedro Garza Zamora Cemetery in Falfurrias, Texas.
