Andres Torres

Andres “Andy” Torres, 58, left to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. He was born to Tomas and Guadalupe Torres in Edinburg on September 24, 1958. He is now reunited with his parents and siblings; Ernestina Gaona, Isabel Guerra and Irma Camal, who have preceded him in death. Left to cherish his memory are his children; Isabel Torres, Andres Torres Jr, Nancy Torres, Karen Hernandez and Heather Torres. He will also be greatly missed by his siblings; Eleno Torres, San Juanita Cruz, Hilda Ramirez; his extended family; Nancy Cisneros, Nora Mirelez and eight grandchildren. Mr. Torres enjoyed being involved in local politics. Family received friends Friday, August 18, 2017 from 2 pm to 9 pm with a rosary recited at 7 pm at Palm Valley Funeral Home in Pharr. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 12 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow to Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palm Valley Funeral Home of Pharr.
