Stephen James Patrick

Stephen was born on January 24, 1982 in Hazard, Kentucky. He moved with his family to the Austin area in 1991.Stephen was a master electrician for 15+ years and specialist in commercial wiring. He was an avid reader and movie goer with a love for sci-fi, fantasy, and thrillers to name a few. Stephen was a Texas A&M Aggie fan, loved being on a motorcycle, bicycling or ATVing in the mountains. He was a huge animal lover and had just rescued an abandoned puppy a week before his death.

Stephen was preceded in death by his great uncle, Gary L Smith; his great-great grandfather, James Smith; and his fur babies, Motley, Daisy, June Bug, Hacker, Taffy and Max.

Stephen was a kind, loving, cerebral man who will be greatly missed.

Stephen is survived by his mother, Venina F. Smith of Hutto, Texas; his father, Charles E. Fisher of Taylor, Texas; his sister and brother-in-law, Kayla F. Fisher and Jacob Mcbride of Austin, Texas; his maternal grandparents, Mitchel and Sandra Walker of Hazard, Kentucky; his paternal grandparents, Shaleen and Dave Scott of Taylor, Texas; his aunt Samantha K. Smith of Hazard, Kentucky; aunt and uncle Ed & Julie Fisher of Pflugerville, Texas; aunt and uncle Chris and Judy Fisher of Round Rock, Texas; aunt and uncle Art and Cindy Jones of Nixon, Texas. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Kendall Edwards of Hutto, Texas, Jamie the rescue pup, and a host of cousins.

A visitation for Stephen will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m.
