It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ms. Patty Ann Trejo, aged 55, a loving mother, and a remarkable woman. Patty Trejo passed away peacefully on Sunday Jan. 7th, 2024, at home. Patty was born on May 16th, 1968, in Austin, Texas, to Domingo Reyes Trejo and Yolanda Garza. Patty was a proud resident of Austin, Texas and was a graduate of Johnston High School.
Patty Trejo was a very outgoing person who loved exploring and going on adventures. She always had a free spirit. Patty always had the ability to make anyone smile.
Patty Trejo’s memory will be forever cherished by, her mother Yolanda G. Trejo, her long-life partner of 15 years with Jesus Martin Vazquez., her son Randy Trejo of Austin Texas, her daughter’s Yolanda Trejo and Kharisma Trejo of Houston, Texas., step-daughter Diana Vazquez., her grandchildren Isaac Trejo, Cedric Trejo, Za’Niya Trejo, Kierra Smith, Kiara Smith, Tyler Trejo, Kyrie Smith and (step grandchild) Fabian Vazquez., Also survived by her sisters: Arlene Trejo, Carol and spouse David Brown, Connie and Walter Wilkins, Suzanne and spouse Mack Williams and Marcia and spouse Tracy Burrel. Patty will be missed by a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and close family and friends who all loved her dearly.
Patty will preceded in death with her grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Garza and Mr. & Mrs. Trejo, father Domingo Trejo and niece Sherece Wilkins.
In our hearts, Patty Trejo lives on, and we will forever honor the legacy of a remarkable woman who made a lasting impact on our lives.
A memorial service to celebrate Patty Trejo’s life will be held on Feb. 7th at 10:00 am, at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville Texas 78660. Visiting hours will be at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville on Feb. 6th at 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Friends and family are invited to join in remembrance and support during this difficult time.
May Patty Trejo rest in peace, and may her family find strength and solace in the memories of the love they shared.
