On November 10, 2020, Patricia Pauline (Ankney) Ubaldo passed away peacefully. She was 64 years old, born on January 11, 1956. She was a California native by birth, but later in life realized she was meant to be a Texan. Pat was the mother of three children who all served in the United States Air Force. She was a loving grandmother to five grandchildren (Matthew, Malachi, Isabel, Merrick and Meliah). She would proudly boast about all her kids, but would brag on her grandchildren endlessly.
She is survived by her husband, Rafael Ubaldo of 45 years and three children, Nicole Chapman, age 44; Rafael Ubaldo, age 42; and Angela Owens, age 39 and her brother Donald Ankney. In addition to her children, she is survived by her fur baby, Peanut and four parakeets. Her love and compassion for animals and all of God’s creatures was something she shared with everyone.
Mom you will be missed, we love you, and know you in Heaven riding all the horses you can find and looking down on us.
