She was born in Elizabeth Town, Kentucky on 12/8/1941.
Norma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a dear friend to many. She was a wonderful cook and loved dancing and singing. Norma had a very giving heart and was always willing to help others.
Norma was predeceased by her parents Carl and Mary Williams, 9 brothers and sisters, Her beloved husband of 53 years Jesse Raymond Rowley Jr. sons Roy "Eddie" Cooper and Jesse Raymond Rowley III, and daughter Beverly Ann Rowley.
Surviving children: Shirley and husband Bob Duncan, Karen Mullins, Naomi and husband Jimmy Crosby, Roberta and husband Mark Grunewald, Susie Hall, Earl Lee Rowley, Walter and wife Eugena Cooper.
Grandchildren: Philip Jeffrey, Marcus Cooper, Matthew Cooper, Brandy Otto, Nicole Corkill, Shanna Brown, Stacy Grunewald, Samantha Pena, Jesse Rowley IV, Joey Rowley, and Christina Rowley. 20 additional grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

A visitation will occur Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas. A funeral service for Norma will be held Thursday, November 10, 2022, 2:00 p.m., at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas. A committal service will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery Pflugerville, Texas.
