Natalie Olivo Stevens

Natalie Stevens age 72, has left us to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on August 11, 2022. She was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas on October 7, 1949 to Bonifacia 0. Perez and Frank Perez Sr. She was the youngest of six children; Edward Olivares, Frank Perez Jr, Mary Helen Escobar, Robert Perez and Manuel Perez. Natalie was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt and most importantly mother to her one and only son Justin, whom she loved with all that she had.

She was a graduate of Miller High School, Class of "67'' and had just celebrated her 55 year class reunion. She always made it a point to attend each and everyone of them and made wonderful memories for her and Justin who always accompanied her. Natalie had many hobbies and traveling with Justin was one of them. Their favorite place to go to was Las Vegas for lots of walking and slot machines. She absolutely loved it.

She cared for her mother until she passed at the age of 96, then the opportunity to move to Austin, Texas became a reality. Justin lived in Austin and she had always wanted to be closer to him. She packed up her things and it was "Austin here I come". That was the best move she ever made. With Justin, is where she wanted to be, he always brought a smile to her face and made her heart happy. She and Justin were like two peas in a pod. Our Aunt Natalie, lived the final years of her life just the way she wanted and you could not tell her any differently. She was Happy!!!!!!!!!!

Natalie is survived by her son and best friend, Justin, her eldest brother and only living sibling, Edward Olivares, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, along with special friends.

She will be missed dearly by all but will never be forgotten.

Justin, as we all know, it cannot be expressed enough, how much she Loved you and how Proud she was to call you "Son".

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 pm at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. A rosary service will then begin at 1:30 p.m. with her funeral service immediately following at 2:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville. The service will be live-streamed and can be viewed via her online memorial at www.cookwaldencapitalparks.com.
