Nancy P. Shultz, 90, of Austin Texas walked into the arms of Jesus April 16, 2023, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born November 10, 1932, in Newton, KS to the late William and Dorothy Kroulik.
The family moved to Austin Texas when Bob took a job with the Department of Agriculture in 1961. She never left until she couldn’t live on her own. She was a faithful member of TOPS, a longtime member of Beta Sigma Phi, an avid bowler on 2 leagues at Dart Bowl Bowling Alley, a talented crafter and painter, she enjoyed playing cards and dominos and loved going on cruises with her friends. She was a true friend and was always there to help.
Nancy is preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert (Bob) Shultz in 2000 after 46 years of marriage, her parents; brother William Kraulik; sister Barbara Williams, and grandson Rodney Dale Shultz Jr. She is survived by her children Rodney Dale Shultz and his wife Penny of Bryan, TX; daughter Cathy Ann Partin of Belton, TX; son David Brian Shultz and wife Gina of Belton, TX; grandchildren Brandy Hubble and husband Wade, Wesley Partin, Lauren Foster and husband Aaron, Lindsey Shultz and Fiancé Campbell Fletcher. Great Grandchildren Tawny Shultz, Wyatt Hubble, Conner Partin, Cole Partin, and Ryder Shultz. Great great granddaughter Lorelie Dale Shultz.
A visitation for Nancy will be held on Friday April 28, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/ Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. Graveside services will be held on Saturday April 29, 2023 at Cook-Walden/Memorial Hill Cemetery at 1:30 p.m., 13700 North Interstate 35,Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
A special thank you to the staff at Stoney Brook of Belton for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Nancy during her stay. Many thanks and appreciation to all of you at Enhabit Hospice. The loving care, support, and attention made her passing so much easier.
