born in Austin on April 13, 1934. She was married to Willie Lee Callins. Louise retired from
the City of Austin after many years of service. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist
Church and had a passion for family gatherings, recreation and good food. In her later years
she loved to play bingo.
She is survived by her sons Reginald E Carter, Dedrick A Callins, Darren Callins; her
grandchildren Rosalind R Callins, Tonya L Carter, Corey Callins, Adrienne Persley, Candice
Callins; 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 N. IH-35 Pflugerville, Texas 78660, on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held in Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 29, 2018 with the committal service immediately following at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
