MaryAnn was born to Baldomero Ybarra and Matilda Martinez, February 6, 1955, in Buda, Texas. She attended grade school in Buda and graduated from Manor High School. She married Roberto Maldonado in 1974, and they lived together in Hutto, Texas. Together they raised 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
MaryAnn worked side by side with Roberto in building multiple-business and was currently the Vice President of the Maldonado Family Partnership. She was passionate about her faith and music. Volunteered at multiple churches in the area including the Lady of Guadalupe in Taylor and St. Patricks Catholic Church in Hutto.
Her children remember her as a best friend, spiritual motivator, caring and compassionate person with a love for music, sewing, cooking and crafting. A serious mother with a twist of fun and comical side to her that always had everyone laughing.
“Grandma” will always be remembered by her kindness, patience, humble loving personality that constantly motivated them to learn, especially in music. She was “crazy talented” when it came to all music and always showed an unconditional love for all her grandchildren that will never be forgotten.
MaryAnn's devoted love for “honey” Robert, was classy and undoubtedly lived daily with her constant lovable gestures to him. His “Lady” will never be forgotten.
MaryAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Baldomero Ybarra and Matilda Martinez; brother, Baldomero Ybarra, Jr.; and sister, Norma Ybarra. Survivors include her husband, Roberto Maldonado; four Children, Robert Maldonado Jr. (Regina Maldonado), Ana Crowell, Emily Alanis (Ruben Alanis), Kevin Maldonado (Melissa Maldonado); ten grandchildren, Avery Crowell, Karmasky Maldonado, Vanessa Crowell, Jesus Sanchez, Alexis Frey, Mariah Maldonado, Khloe Maldonado, Eli Maldonado, Daisy Alanis, Lillian Alanis; and three siblings, Maria Luisa Martinez, Martin Ybarra, Don Marcos Ybarra.
