Maria was born on August 15, 1941 in Leon Guanajuato, where she developed a strong sense of compassion and a deep love for her family. Maria was known for her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering devotion to her loved ones.
Throughout her life, Maria touched the hearts of everyone she met with her warmth and wisdom. She was a devoted wife to Enrique Murillo, a loving mother to Martin Murillo, Franscisco Murillo, Jose Murillo, Mario Murillo, Carmen Marmolejo, Rudy Murillo, and Catherine Chavez. An adoring grandmother to 22 grand-children and 27 great grandchildren. Her home was always filled with laughter, love, and delicious aromas from her kitchen.
Maria's legacy lives on through her family, who will forever cherish her memory. Her strength, resilience, and unwavering faith continue to inspire us all. Although she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit and love will remain in our hearts forever.
Maria Concepcion Azpetia Murillo will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace, reunited with her loved ones in heaven.
A visitation and service for Maria will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville. A funeral service will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
