Juan Cecilio Castillo, 66, peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by family in Pflugerville, Tx Thursday, October 3, 2024. He was Born the 22nd day of November 1957 to Asencion Ortega Castillo & Alfredo F. Castillo in Austin, Tx.

Juan was a very hard worker; in his early childhood he worked on a ranch picking strawberries and at the young age of 14 he stood alongside his father building their home on Pollo Dr. He mastered the skills of Auto Mechanics, Carpentry & Custom Cabinet Building.

Juan was a Grill Master, a humorist, a great friend, brother, uncle, cousin & most importantly an amazing Father & Grandfather. He loved helping others, never letting one go without.

Juan is survived by his 8 Children: Isabel Castillo, Juan Rey Castillo, Frankie (Erica) Castillo, Vanessa Rodriguez, Tenessa (Johnny) Rocha, Kristina Castillo, Clarissa (Joe) Castro, Brianna (Javier) Castillo, 31 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, Siblings: Albert (Barbra) Castillo & Esperanza Castillo.

He was preceded in death by his parents Asencion O. Castillo & Alfredo F. Castillo, his grandmother Carmen Ortega, niece Carmen G Escalera & Son-In-Law Matthew Galvez.

Memorial Visitation & Rosary will be held Thursday October 24, 6:30pm at Cook Walden Funeral Home 14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, Tx 78660

Mass will be held Friday October 25, 10:00am at St. Elizabeth Of Hungary Catholic Church 1520 N Railroad Ave Pflugerville, Tx 78660
