Today we join together to pay our respects and share memories of our beloved, Joe. If you had the pleasure of meeting him you would know he had a fun spirit and a contagious smile. He loved to joke around and make people laugh. He loved his 3 dogs and wife, Maria. He comes from a big family where he was the youngest of 13 siblings and is truly adored by all of his siblings. He also leaves behind his loving mother, Maria Belen, and father, Pedro who are mourning the loss of their youngest child.
His kindness, strength, and humility touched not just our family but everyone who knew him. He was so proud to be a new home owner and he was excited to grill and smoke meats in his backyard. If you were lucky enough to try his food you knew he had talent and a passion for food.
All though he may be gone from this world his legacy lives on through the people he touched. We carry his memory with us and it brings me comfort to know that so much of him is alive in our friends and family.
Cheers to our beloved, Joe, until we meet again.
