After graduating from Ogle School of Cosmetology & Esthetics of Dallas,TX, Jes began cultivating lifelong relationships with many of his clients and co-workers in the hair styling industry. He thrilled his clients with his remarkable talent by making them become more beautiful and nothing pleased him more.
Jes loved life, travel, great food, and spending time with friends and relatives. He was a master at "collecting" people along life's journey and his greatest gift was pouring out his love and generosity to all.
In accordance with his wishes, a private internment service was held at The Evergreen Cemetery in Ballinger, TX on May 17, 2014.
Survived by his loving parents, Jesse, Sr. and Otilia Fraga; brother, Jonathan Fraga, along with countless numbers of loved ones and a great company of close friends.
