Irene {Chuca} Galvan Reyes, age 70, of Austin was called home by our heavenly father on September 23, 2017, surrounded by her family. She was born on December 26, 1946 in Austin, Texas to Jose M. & Isabel {Chavela} Lopez Galvan.
She was preceded in death by father Jose M. Galvan and mother Isabel Galvan, two brothers Joe Van Mitchell and Robert Galvan. She is survived by her brother Gilbert and wife Linda Galvan, husband David H Reyes, son Adam M. Carmona and daughters Terry Carmona, Chris and Martin Ramon, Barbara and Chris Martinez, Bea Billela; 21 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home 14501 North Interstate 35 in Pflugerville, Texas, 78660 on September 28, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held on September 29, 2017 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with Pastor Manuel Ramos, Sr. officiating at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home.
