Frank proudly served his country in the US Army and was honorably discharged.
He will be greatly missed by his friends and family which include his wife of 34 years, Janey Woodard, daughters, Tracy Harders and Michelle Norwine, son, Edgar Craven, brothers, Harrold Woodard and John Woodard, five grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas.
