Frank was born in Lockhart, Texas on September 25, 1957 to Benjamin and Aurelia Torres. He and his wife Mary (Liz) have been married for 38 beautiful years. Frank went to Lockhart High School where he played football and baseball. His love for football carried on through watching his sons play in high school. He never missed a Dallas Cowboys game and enjoyed attending Texas State Bobcat games while his daughter was in college.
Frank was a hard worker and dedicated over 33 years to Stripling Blake/Hope Lumber/BMC as a truck driver where he was often the Truck Driver of the Year. Frank played softball for many years and made friends wherever he went. (GO DAWGS!) He was a quiet man, but his presence was known and made people feel comforted.
