Dr. Khan,
You were such a beautiful spirit. You were one of the smartest minds I have ever met. Thank you for being so nice to me as a new nurse and throughout my nursing career. I learned so much from you. I am so sorry to hear of your passing and I hope that your family is surrounded with love, during this difficult time.  I know that you are some place beautiful.
