Grannie,

There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss the heck out of you woman.  You were always my rock and gave sound advice to every worry that I had along the way.

I hope you are dancing with the Angels every day, watching over all the children and making them some good ol' banana pudding and coconut cream pie!!

Granny was a Godly woman she was a blessing to us all one of the fondest memories I have of granny was when Ray taught the Senor Saints class at Hilltop and she went on one of our road trips to San Antonio to the Market Place we ate at the Jailhouse Cafe she had so much fun Nan went with us we laughed so much that day I am thankful for the memory she was a dear friend and she will be greatly missed love all of you Vada

Granny was the best person I ever had in my life. She was the main contributing factor in changing my life to what it is today. I hope I can do for someone what she has done for me.

What I remember most about Emma was just sitting and talking about her amazing doll collection and how we would end up talking about her kids.She was very proud of them.For a time she was a member of Hilltop Baptist church and  it was there I saw her desire to help any way she could ,and any time there was a need Emma would do what she could. It is a Blessing to have known her.

I always looked forward to seeing Emma Lee at our Hester family reunion. She would come with Edward and Carol and when we were lucky Becky and her family and a set of twins and their terrific husbands..Genolia and Bobby..Ronny...maybe a few more grandkids.  I say lucky because seeing them together was a testament to what a wonderful woman Emma Lee was.  Against all odds of what life may have dealt her at times...she created a miracle.  A family that loves like no other. A family that sticks together through thick and thin and always shares a laugh and a smile with everyone they come in contact with.  I will miss Emma Lee at our reunions but I have great memories of her and the joy she and her family have always brought to us.  Those Harpers..they are just good people and we love yall.

Aunt Emma Lee was a wonderful lady and loved by many.  May the sorrow you feel in your heart be lightened by the love that surrounds you.

Aunt Emma Lee, Our Hearts and minds are so full of so many memories of you. That is what will help us get thru the loss of losing you knowing that someday soon we will see you again.Franklin says he will always love you and you made the best chocolate fudge icing in the world.

We cherish the time she spent with us.  She will be loved always.

I love you aunt Emma Lee. Please let mom know that I miss her so very much and for y'all to keep looking down on us.

We take comfort in knowing that now we have a special guardian angel to watch over all of us.

She was one of the finest ladies I've had the pleasure to know.  She had a selfless nature and a pure heart that loved all.
