Daniel William Williams, 65, of Austin, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014.
He was born to the late William T. Williams and Wanda Lee Williams Melcher on August 5, 1948 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Daniel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University. He was a Vietnam War veteran. He was married to Hue “Lan” (Hoang) Williams in October, 1972. Besides his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his sister Gail Eileen Williams. He is survived by his wife, Lan; daughter, Carol; son, David; brother, Roger (Olga); and nieces, Nicole (David) Thomas and Heather (Malachy) Fehlner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North IH 35, in Pflugerville, Texas. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 10:00am in the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home.
