Asis Isas

Asis Isas, age 89, of Austin, Texas passed away surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, April 5, 2025. She was born July 17, 1935. Asis was a devoted daughter and sister, divorcee, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She enjoyed being with her family and watching it grow. Her favorite pastimes were gardening, reading, music, playing Lotería and dominoes. She loved a clean house and took pride in her home. She was a certified stenographer who worked as a legal secretary and excelled in math and finances. Her natural talent to nurture allow her to be a nanny and caregiver to many children.

She is preceded in death by her parents Agustin Isas Galvan and Guadalupe Treviño de Isas, her siblings Agustin, Saulo, Hiram, Raquel, Agustin, Faustino Rafael, and her grandson Jorge Luis Morales II

Asis is survived by her children, Corina B. Morales and husband, Jorge Luis Morales; Marilu Reyna and husband Eduardo; Efrin Bermudez Jr and wife, Yarabella; Sandra Guadarrana and husband, Sergio; Luisa G. Bermudez and husband, Roberto; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and brother, Sergio Humberto Isas and wife, Noralicia, along with other family members and friends.

A memorial service for Asis will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
