William "Bill " Roy Lunn

LUNN, William (Bill) Roy (November 21, 1931 – January 28, 2014) – Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Retired from Ontario Hydro. Beloved husband of the late Joan (Packman). Loving father of Cathy (Steve) Howden, Kim (Gary) Brown, Susan Lunn (Doug Armstrong) and Howie . Cherished grandfather of Christine (Dustin Weihs), Mitchell, Jacqueline & Jessica Howden, Valerie, Andrew & Jake Brown. Great grandfather of Dominic Weihs. Brother of the late John Lunn, Ida Lowes, Orville Lunn, Phyllis Ferguson and Ross Lunn. Brother-in-law of Muriel Lunn, Pat Skitch, Bob Packman (Linda), Doug Packman, Brian Packman, Gwen Tripp (Doug), Lynda Gibson (Norm), Betty-Lou Packman and Heather Packman. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed his summers with friends at Grandview Trailer Park listening to the Blue Jays baseball games, and winters watching the Peterborough Petes Hockey. Friends will be received at the Comstock Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 356 Rubidge Street from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Friday, January 31, 2014. Funeral Service will be held at Grace United Church, 581 Howden Street on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 10:00 am. Interment Rosemount Memorial Gardens following the reception.
