Peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Maxville Manor in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Cora Elsie Roche (nee Dunning). Dear brother of Estelle Francis of Nova Scotia and Edward (Diane) Roche of British Columbia. Predeceased by brothers Charles and Kenneth Roche (surviving wife Elizabeth). Cherished brother-in-law to Terry Gosling (Billy) and a wonderful “Uncle Bill” to many. Son of the late Charles Roche and Catherine May Christian. Service will be held at the Comstock Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. Interment Rosemount Memorial Gardens. In memory of Bill, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Maxville Manor (MaxvilleManor.ca) would be appreciated by the family.
