Our deepest condolence to you, Janice, and all of your family. This is a sad day for us to hear of the loss of your loving husband Rick.
We had many wonderful times as our families got together over the years. Camping, playing, guitars and picnics just to mention a few.

Janice and family,  I am so very saddened by Rick's passing.    Zdenek posted notification on the Peterborough WCG group today.    When I seen it I initially couldn't believe it.    I thought it must be someone else.    After 29 years without contact my wife and I decided to visit you and Rick on April 19th.     To know that just 3 weeks later Rick is gone is devastating.      I remember the many happy times that we spent together at Peterborough WCG functions, and at each other homes.     Our prayers are with you and Trish, Lynda, Shirley, Ian, Robert and Lauren.      Take care and know that with God's help and the support of your family you will come through this.

Janice and Family: We were shocked to learn of Rick's passing. Memories of times when we were younger and raising children together, suddenly came back to us. Camping events when a large group of us (including Rick and your family and ours among others) at Algonquin etc.were together. Rick seemed to enjoy those occasions very much as we all did. We remember his careful wording of questions on these type of occasions. He will be sorely missed by you all. Our deep condolences to you and all your family Janice.

We are so sorry for your loss. So much of my youth was spent getting up to no good with Shirley! All the while, I was welcomed into your home and your lives with Rick and Janice graciously accepting the fact that there was yet another kid running around their house. Even when Rick was always busy working on some construction project on the house, he still managed to stay cool and calm with all the craziness around him.
