Linda, Kelly, Amanda and Wendy please accept my sincere Condolences on the passing of Cousin Paul.  Although we have not seen or talked over the years, please know that I remember all of the times we would get together when we visited family in Ontario.  Paul certainly was a remarkable man. To the Brown family. You must all be proud of a man who lived a life with so much courage, compassion and patience for others. Paul was an effective Judo sensei for my son Cole who because of Paul and his friend Mr Hino taught him well enough to compete and win many competitions as well as mature successfully.

Dear Linda & family 
We send our sincere condolences on the passing of Paul.  We enjoyed Paul's company and looked forward to his movie actor quizzes at our Happy Hours.  
Paul's stories of Peterborough were the best!   His knowledge of Peterborough people and area were so interesting.  We loved the twinkle in his eye and the little side smile when he had a tale to tell that was just a little mischievous.  
Paul will be greatly missed by so many people, especially all of his family who he loved dearly and was so proud of.

Sensei Paul was absolutely formative to my childhood.  The impact that he had on many youth cannot be overestimated. His memory will live on in many.

Our deepest condolences to Paul’s loved ones. He  was such a kind and lovely human and was wonderful teaching my daughter Alyssa, myself, and my son Dare Judo and adapting things for Dare’s lack of vision. My favourite part of the kids classes was when Paul would sit us all down and tell a story with a moral. It takes a village to raise children and I’m so glad Paul was a part of ours. He gently influenced  so many lives in such profound ways and he is missed ❤️

I was so saddened to hear about the loss of your husband, Linda. He will be so missed by you and your family. My prayers are with you, during this very difficult time. Treasure the beautiful memories ,and they will never be forgotten.

I started Judo when I was eight and was fortunate to have Paul in my life during my formative years. He taught much more than Martial arts, he taught right from wrong, compassion and empathy.  His influence extended far and wide. He was a great example of how a man should be. Even now that I'm 62 I feel the loss of a mentor.  The world is worse then it was a week ago.  Goodbye and thank you for all that you did for me.

Mr. Brown would always make me laugh!  He would look intimidating in his judo gear but had a heart of gold. I loved his smile and how joyful he was. To Mrs. Brown, Amanda, Wendy and Kelly, I send you my condolences, hugs and love. May you always remember the good times, love and laughter.
