Gilbert, Marilyn Ann (nee McKim); Peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Friday May 3, 2024 at the age of 85. The Gilbert family Matriarch and beloved wife of the late William James “Bill” Gilbert. Loving mother of Kimberly Sanderson (Marty), David Gilbert, Paul Gilbert (Anne), Vickie Bylsma (Brian) and Peter Gilbert. Grandmother of April, Mark, George (Sharon), Bryce (Julia), Samantha, Amanda (Matt), Alissa (C.J.), Maggie (Parker), Megan (Tom), Kaitlyn (Darryn), Michael (Rose) and Kristen (Aidan). Great grandmother of Brody, Lucas, Gracie, Jameson, Liam, Austin and the late Elijah. Sister of the late Victoria “Tory” Lister. Visitation will be held at COMSTOCK-KAYE Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Thursday May 9, 2024. A celebration of her legacy will be held at EMMANUEL (formerly George St) United Church 534 George St. N. at 10:00 am on Friday May 10, 2024. Interment Little Lake Cemetery.
