Lewellyn 'Lew' Victor Robinson

Lewellyn ‘Lew’ Robinson passed away suddenly on May 1, 2022, at his home in Omemee, in his 91st year. Lew leaves behind his 7 children, Wendy Watson, Donna Robinson (Peter Dowell), Arthur (Fiona) Robinson, Terri Robinson, Eric (Erika) Robinson, David (Sonja) Robinson and Lara Robinson. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers Clarence (Lil) Robinson, Claude (the late Gladys) Robinson, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Lew was a hardworking man who spent most of his career in the IT and Data Processing industry. He loved country music, golfing with his buddies, had a great sense of humour and a healthy competitive spirit. There’s nothing he enjoyed more than an animated discussion solving any of the world’s problems! After retirement, Lew spent many years travelling in his motorhome; in the summer he could be found camped out at Deer Run Golf Course, and in the winters, he headed south to Texas or Florida.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a Celebration of Life at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Saturday June 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., with light refreshments following.
