Noble, Kathryn Margaret (nee MacLean); Veteran of WWII, died peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Centre on Monday October 15, 2012, at the age of 93. Dear mother of Patricia Murphy, Donna Noble Jones (Alan) and Robert Noble all of California. Loving grandmother of the late Nate Reifers. Great grandmother of Lilian Rose Reifers of Nevada. Dear sister of Ruby Godwin of Havelock. Aunt of Donald Godwin and Lloyd Burke both of Toronto. Kathryn was a very active member Royal Canadian Legion in Peterborough and Toronto, she had a wonderful thirst for knowledge, she loved animals, gardening, politics and was passionate about her scottish heritage and truly loved the bagpipes. Friends will be received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE 356 Rubidge Street, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday. The service will be held in the chapel on Saturday October 20, 2012 at 10:00 am. The Reverend Maureen Patrick will be officiating. Interment will be held at St. Thomas Cemetery. In memory of Kathryn, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #52 would be appreciated by the family.
