Peacefully passed away with family by her side on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Robert for 63 years. Loving mother of Brian Rose (Lynda), and Patricia Welch (Doug). Proud “Baba” of Ceilidh Welch (Jonathan Latcham) and Colleen Welch (Kevin Nichols). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
