I was recently told of Gord passing and was very sad to hear this new. Gord and his group of buddies used to stop in at Clancy's for a few drinks and good laughs. I remember Gord always happy with a great sense of humor and was willing to help anyone who needed help.
I can't imagine the pain Family and loved ones feel. Just know that you are in the hearts of many, never to be forgotten.

Today I said goodbye to an integral member of a core group of people whom I've known and loved for most of my life. The vehicle called friendship we roll through life in appears to have lost the balancing weights off it's wheels. Still rollin', but she's got one hell of a shaky ride.

Thank you for all the memories. It is so hard to say goodbye to such a great person taken from us too soon. My love goes out to Diane, Zachary, Linda and all of Gord's friends. We will forever remember you.

So so greatful for all the wonderful times over the years... Selling apples door to door years ago, swiming at the beaches, and more.  This life was far too short!!!

I am especially happy when I remember the good times with all your brothers and sisters and like the weekends we spent camping and fishing at lock 26 (lakefield).

I speak as a long term friend of Linda's Brother Peter who told me of the death of  Gord. From what I read in the messages of bereavement he sounds like a Devlin. There are no words that can compensate for the loss of a loved one,especially one's child - second best we can share the grief the family must feel and offer up one more voice so that though he has gone the memory of his greatness will endure! i knew Gord since high school and over the years he proved himself to be one of the most solid guys i have ever known, always there to help anyone with anything. i will never forget the good times we shared over the last twenty five years, you were taken way too soon and you will be deeply missed but never forgotten. I was friends and went to highschool with Gord. He was a very kind person and a deeply caring human being. My heart goes out to his family, as I know he will be greatly missed.
