McIlwain, Emily Mae – Passed away at Fairhaven on August 19, 2019 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Raymond Joseph McIlwain for 70 years. Loving mother of Brian and his wife Karen. Proud grandmother of Christina deBlois and her husband Ray and Matthew and his wife Sara Hassani. Dear sister of George, Harold (Agnes), Lillian Willshaw and Maxwell (Helen). Predeceased by her parents James and Rose Willshaw, her brother James and sisters Rosie Anderson, Katherine Lanouette and Louise Barnes. Visitation will be held on Monday August 26, 2019 from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm at the COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. Graveside service and interment to follow at 3:00 pm at the Lakefield Cemetery, 1262 Buckhorn Road, Lakefield. If so desired, donations in memory of Emily may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
