Lifetime Member of St. James United Church; Retired Outboard Marine; former member of Parks Canada, Peterborough Parks and Board of Education; Volunteer at Anson House, Fairhaven and Meals on Wheels. - Peacefully at Princess Gardens on Sunday, June 14, 2015 in his 100th year. Beloved husband of the late Jane Emily Harvie (2009). Cherished father of Sharon Phillips (Bob Westby) of Bridgenorth and Katharine Kurio (Brian) of Ottawa. Proud grandfather of Stephanie Nobes (Kirk) and Amy Fletcher (Jesse). Great grandfather of Chelsea, Karlie, Emma-Jane, Devan, Anna and Abigail. Predeceased his brothers George Albert and Harold. Friends are invited for visitation at the KAYE FUNERAL HOME ‘MEMORIAL CHAPEL’, 539 George Street North, on Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 9:30- 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Julie vanHaaften officiating.
