On the morning of Thursday, March 30, 2017, Cathy in her 71st year, affectionately called “Sam” by her many friends, passed away peacefully at Toronto Western Hospital. Her dear friend, Lynda McCall, was at her side. Cathy was the beloved wife of the late Dusty Miller, whom she missed every day. She was predeceased by her parents Freda and Chester Agar, brother Al Agar and twin sister Carol Lewis, all of Chatham, Ontario. Cathy was a long time employee of St. Joseph’s and Peterborough Civic Hospitals.
Cathy loved animals, if desired a donation to the Peterborough Humane Society in her memory would be appreciated. A Memorial Service will be held at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at 12:00 noon, with visitation one hour prior to service followed by a reception.
