Passed peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, January 7, 2024 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Julie Maria O’Connell for 44 years. Dear father of David (Terry), Angela (Sina), Christopher and Bryan (Ashley). Doting grandfather of Aiden, Paige, Carter, Kiana, Lilly and Jaxon. Brother of Jan Orvis (John), Ava Davies-Bragg (the late Dave), and the late Ralph Davies (Joyce-living). Brother-in-Law of Eileen Whiting (Duane), Joe O’Connell (Amy), Paul O’Connell (Teresa), Lisa Danhauer (Richie) and the late Michael O’Connell (the late Barb).
Bryan had a passion for cars and absolutely loved his grandkids. Former owner of the Go Shop for 50 years and a retired teacher of the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board.
A visitation will be held at COMSTOCK-KAYE Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Thursday, January 11 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Cathedral of St Peter-In-Chains, 411 Reid Street, Peterborough on Friday, January 12 at 10:00 am.
