Brent Richard Wright, 67, passed away on June 16,2023, after a short, but courageous battle against cancer, with his family by his side.
Brent was a beloved husband to his wife, Barbara (née Truscott) for over 42 years. Loving father to Andrea (Ben), Ashley (Liam) and Megan (Casey). Proud grandfather of Colton, Connor, Linden, Paityn, Sienna, Lochlan, Emersyn and Blakely. Younger brother to Barbara (Kyle) and Elizabeth (Lawrence).
Brent was a dedicated member of the sales team at The Brick in Whitby where he formed many long lasting friendships.
Brent was known for his love of sports, travel and enjoying life on the lake with his wife, Barb and their golden retriever, Ellie.
Brent's zest for life and presence will be greatly missed by all of us who knew and loved him.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 25th at 1:00 p.m. at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge St., Peterborough. Close friends and family will gather at the Wright family home following the service between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
