Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital Cobourg, Ontario on March 6, 2017 in her 84th year. Dear mother of John, Ron (Mary Anne), Rick (Sandy ). Dear sister of Delbert Outwater. Predeceased by brothers Vernon & Carmon Outwater and sisters Margaret McGowan, Mary Kerkham and Dorothy Groves. Loving grandma and great grandma of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces & nephews & great nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held at the COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Saturday, March 11th from 1:00 – 2:45 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
